INNODAIRY 2025: Innovation and Sustainability in the Dairy Sector

Today marks the conclusion of the XXXI INNODAIRY Symposium (June 10-13, 2025) in Olsztyn, Poland a landmark event for professionals in dairy technology and innovation.

This year’s central theme, "The Dairy Industry: A Benefit for Consumers and the Planet," sparked discussions on sector challenges, from sustainability to shifting consumer trends and evolving socio-economic landscapes. The debate was rich, featuring insights from institutions, industry leaders, and academics, highlighting the sector’s vitality and constant evolution.

Igea, supporting its Polish partner Lacto, brought innovation to the forefront by presenting SHIELD NoBlow, a new Clean Label solution for controlling late blowing in cheeses.
